Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Brewliners website or enrolling in any of our programs. By accessing our website or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brewliners, a barista and mixology training academy operating in Kathmandu, Nepal.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing brewliners.com (the "Website") or using any of our services — including submitting enrollment, booking, or contact forms — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are completing a form or enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

2 Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the Website for any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information in any form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Website without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website's performance or servers

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these conditions without notice.

3 Enrollment & Bookings

Submission of an enrollment or booking form does not guarantee a confirmed place. All enrollments and bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation from Brewliners.

  • A place is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team
  • Brewliners reserves the right to decline any enrollment at its discretion
  • Class schedules, start dates, and program content are subject to change — we will notify you of any material changes in advance
  • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any prerequisites stated for a program
Trial classes and free consultations are available subject to availability and must be booked through the official booking form. These do not constitute enrollment in a program.

4 Fees, Payment & Refunds

Program fees are communicated directly upon inquiry and are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NRS). Fees are subject to change — any fee change will not affect a confirmed enrollment.

Cancellations and refunds:

  • More than 14 days before program start: Full refund, less any administrative fees
  • 7–14 days before program start: 50% refund, or the option to transfer to a future intake
  • Less than 7 days before program start: No refund; transfer to a future intake may be offered at Brewliners' discretion
  • No-shows: No refund or transfer

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@brewliners.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5 Course Attendance & Conduct

All students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of their enrolled program. Brewliners reserves the right to withhold certification from students who do not meet the minimum attendance requirement.

All participants must:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines during practical sessions
  • Not record, photograph, or distribute any session content without prior written consent from Brewliners
  • Arrive on time — persistent late arrivals may result in dismissal from the program without refund
Brewliners reserves the right to remove any student from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.

6 Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all assessed components of a program and meeting the minimum attendance requirement. Brewliners certificates are aligned with SCA standards where stated, but Brewliners does not guarantee employment or acceptance by any third party based on certification obtained.

  • Certificates remain the property of Brewliners until all program fees are fully settled
  • Replacement certificates may be requested subject to an administrative fee
  • Brewliners reserves the right to revoke a certificate if it was obtained through dishonesty or misconduct

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, course materials, curriculum, videos, and design — is the intellectual property of Brewliners or its licensors and is protected by Nepali and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our express written permission. You may share links to our pages, provided you do not misrepresent the source or ownership of the content.

Course materials provided during a program (handouts, recipes, slide decks) are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be shared, sold, or published without written consent from Brewliners.

  • Any errors or omissions in Website content
  • Personal injury or property damage occurring during practical sessions beyond what is covered by our standard duty of care
  • Unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
